Question: How difficult is it and how long does it take to assemble/inflate? ...and to disassemble/deflate? We have to pack it down for our road trip.
Answer: Not too long once you get the hang of it. My 9year old daughter did almost everything last time we put it up (including all the pumping).

Question: What class rapids is this suitable for?
Answer: It can handle Class III+ white water.

Question: What psi does this raft require to inflate?
Answer: Max 3.5 psi for the tubes and 10psi for the drop stitch floor.

Question: When folded up for transport- after the first use or two, what dimensions are the deflated boat?
Answer: Mine came with a storage bag and folds down to about the size of my roof top box. Maybe 3 or 4 feet square and 1 to 2 feet high. If you vacuum out the boat to remove the air and close the valves then it folds pretty small.
