Question: Can this be fully enclosed? Does it come with the cover door flaps for both side like in the pic?
Answer: Yes it is fully enclosed! What I really like about it is the poles that are installed at ground level. I live in a region where it snows. When the snow comes off the roof it won’t push the sides in.

Question: How to use the rope tightener?
Answer: You hook the ratchet strap to to it and to the bottom of front pipe.

Question: Can this canopy be installed on concrete?
Answer: Yes, I just installed mine on concrete to extend the front of my garage. I anchored the middle poles to the concrete, & sand bag weighted the ends.

Question: What does the opening measure from side to side ?
Answer: Its approximately 10 foot at the top and 10'8 at the bottom depending on how much you push the bottom out
